Maintenance Cleaning
Our maintenance cleaning program is for recurring service and is typically a flat rate unless lifestyle changes in the home make the fee increase or decrease.
This is a small list of our services, a detailed list will be accompanied with each visit.
Kitchen Clean and sanitize sink, counters and backsplash, wipe cabinet fronts, outside of large appliances, sweep and wash floor.
Bathrooms Clean and disinfect sink, tub, showers and toilets, shine all fixtures and mirrors and wash floors.
General Cleaning Dust all furniture and vacuum/wash floors in living spaces, dust all corners and baseboards, dust blinds and light fixtures, dust all art work, lamps and woodwork throughout home.
Basic Deep Clean
We strongly encourage at least a basic deep cleaning at your first visit. This list is added to the maintenance cleaning program to create a basic deep clean and is priced by the hour.
Wash all exposed and reachable baseboards
Wash all doors (front and back) and doors frames
Dust or wipe ceiling fans, light fixtures and blinds*
Wash all switchplates and outlet covers
Vacuum stone fireplace surround
Wash all outside and inside fronts of cabinets doors
*High ledges/fixtures/surfaces must be reachable with a 2-foot step ladder
Add-on/Deluxe Deep Clean
The following add-on services are available upon request, with prior advanced notice. They can be added to our Maintenance cleaning at an additional fee or added to our Basic Deep Clean to create a Deluxe Deep Clean and is priced a slightly higher per hour rate to create an even more detailed cleaning.
Clean inside oven (please run self-cleaning ovens the night before)
Clean inside refrigerator/freezer
Wash walls
Remove items in closets, vacuum and replace
Edge carpet
Vacuum upholstered furniture
Clean inside windows
Any customized cleaning not on our list with management approval
